What is RestaurantOnGo?
RestaurantOnGo is our new food delivery platform that makes getting great food online from a lot of restaurants in a lot of cities around India. In short: if you want to order delivry or pickup, this is easier way for you to do that from a huge variety of restaurants.

RestaurantOnGo is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Where is RestaurantOnGo available?
RestaurantOnGo is available in Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Jaipur and Bangalore. Pop open the app to see the restaurants in your area.
How to I Place Order?
Download the app and enter your delivery address and click "Search". Choose from list of local best restaurants delivering to you, along with nearby pickup options. Click the one you're into, do the same for anything you're feeling on its menu and hit "Proceed to Checkout." Do that whole "ordering something on the internet" checkout thing and we'll notify the restaurant to begin prepping your food. Done.
What happens after I submit an order?
We send you order to the restaurnat as soon as you hit the button. The restaurnat tells us they're working on the order, we email you a receipt and text you a confirmation.
What if I don't receive an order confirmation email?
Check you span folder, make sure your email account isn't acting weird, and, if all else fails, reach us on our Contact Us Page.
How do I change or cancel an order after I've placed it?
Once you receive text confirmation, restaurant already preparing food. To change or cancel order you need to call the restaurant and we will initiate refund when required on restaurant confirmation.
Who do I call to check on the status of my order?
You'll want to call the restaurant. Check your order confirmation email for their phone number, Or, if you'd like, you can reach out to RestaurantOnGo's Customer Care team on our Contact Us Page.
I have a confirmation email, but the restaurant says they don't have my order. What gives, Dr.ROnGo?
If you're hearing that they've not received your order, reach us immediately on our Contact Us Page and we'll get things sorted out.
Something is wrong with my food, what do i do?
If there's a problem with your order, please call restaurant and let them know. You can find that phone number in your order confirmation email. Of course, you can reach out to our Customer Care Team on our Contact Us Page.

How do I browse restaurants near me?
The best way is to make sure you choose your city enter your area as specifically as prossible. The search results will be tailored to restaurant that deliver to that address or restaurants that are within a reasonable distance offering pickup.
What's the deal with "Order History"?
Here's where you can see everything you've ordered in the past. Which is helpful for a few reasons. One, you can record anything you loved in just a few clicks. of course, you will get the chance to edit the order to add anything else you'd want to remove anything you don't need this time around. The second, of course, is to view and print receipts. If you're into the sort of thing. anyway.
So, what's it cost to use RestaurantOnGo?
RestaurantOnGo is free to use. You'll have to pay for food and, if you opt for delivery, you notice that the restaurant charges a fee for delivery. In that case the fee is set by restaurant on the delivery service that restaurant utilize and would apply even if you placed your order by phone./span>
Is there a minimum amount I have to send to order?

Can I save my payment information?
Yep. During checkout, you'll have the opportunity to save a credit card, add a credit card or remove a credit card.

Yes, we do. You can purchase RestaurantOnGo Vouchers in a verity of amounts at www.restaurantongo.com/vouchers. They can be customized, paired with personalized messages, and sent by email or printed out. And eGift Vouchers can be redeemed right away or saved for later, since they never expire./span>
How do I redeem my RestaurantOnGo Vouchers?
Follow three simple steps:
1. Decide what you want to eat and add it to your bag.
2. When you arrive at Checkout, redeem your Voucher by entering voucher code in the field and click "Apply".
3. We'll deduct your Voucher balance from your order total.
I forgot my password. What now?
Your username is often the email address you would have used to register your account. As for the password, you can click the "Forgot My Password" link and we'll get you sorted out.
Can I have two RestaurantOnGo accounts with the same email address?
Unfortunately, no. Because that email is tied to your username, you can only have one account per email address.
Can I save special delivery instructions to my address?
You can, yeah. When checking out, you'll have the option to save any delivery instructions to that address.
Why does it tell me that a resturant doesn't delivery to me?
Our restaurants determine their own delivery ranges, so it’s possible – if you’re browsing by neighborhood, city or landmark rather than a specific address – that a specific restaurant listed won’t deliver to you. To be sure right from the start, we recommend you search using a specific address. If you’re not 100% sure of the address, it’s best to be as specific as you possibly can.

How does ordering for pickup work?
It’s exactly the same as ordering for delivery, minus the “delivery” part. Instead, the restaurant will let you know when to expect the food to be ready, and please remember to have an order id handy when picking your food up. Restaurants like to make sure that their food is heading off with the proper person.
How does RestaurantOnGo help keep my account secure?
We are committed to safeguarding your personal information and care about the security of your RestaurantOnGo account. We occasionally email diners to encourage them to reset their account passwords as a precautionary measure for security risks not associated with RestaurantOnGo.
